You can access Ed-Gaadi Courses from only 1 device at a time.

Yes, if you are the only person accessing the subscribed course on both devices. You will be logged out of the other device while using the current device.

You can download course items (3 items at a time) through the Ed-Gaadi app and access them offline. However, tampering/downloading the content outside the Ed-Gaadi app or gaining unauthorised access to the system is not entertained and will invite legal action against you.

Ed-Gaadi app requires Storage access permission on your device to download course items. This issue can be resolved by either clicking Grant Permissions to allow storage access to the Ed-Gaadi app or by going to your device Settings and selecting the Ed-Gaadi app from the Apps section followed by granting storage permission.

After purchasing a course you can either access the course contents either from Library or the Store itself. This is caused if you are trying to access the purchased course from the Store. After selecting the course, click the Continue button available below the course thumbnail.

No, one subscription of Ed-Gaadi is meant for a single user. If multiple persons are found to be using a single subscription, the same will be terminated without further notice.

Once you have subscribed a course, you cannot cancel your subscription plan. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more details.
